• your Digistore24 order number (from your confirmation email),
• the email address you used to order,
• which volume you bought, and a short description of the problem.

Never send card numbers, passwords, or other payment details by email. We will never ask for them.

Common questions

I can’t find my download

Your download is shown on the Digistore24 order confirmation page and in the confirmation email from Digistore24. Search your inbox, spam, and promotions folders for “Digistore24”. Download links stay active for 90 days, with up to 10 downloads per file. If your links have expired, write to us with your order number.

The PDF won’t open

Use a current PDF reader, such as the one built into your web browser, Adobe Acrobat Reader, Apple Preview, or Files on a phone. If a download was interrupted, download the file again.

Printing

Choose the US Letter or A4 file that matches your paper and print at “actual size” or 100%. The economy-print file uses much less ink. You can print only the activity pages if you prefer.

Payments, invoices, and refunds

Your order was processed by Digistore24. For payment questions you can contact Digistore24 using the details in your order confirmation. Refunds are possible within 60 days; see our refund policy.
